LITTLEWORTH COMMON, DISTRICT OF SOUTH BUCKS COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAMSHIRE
Fisher German on behalf of Thames Water Utilities Limited has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on "Littleworth Common". The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. The proposed works are: install approximately 205m of new 125mm water main and associated apparatus, to include valves, washouts and a fire hydrant. The existing 4" main will be abandoned. A temporary working area will be required with temporary heras fencing extending to approximately 140 metres at any one time, for the duration of the works. A copy of the application form and accompanying documents showing the proposed works can be inspected at Burnham Library, Windsor Lane, Burnham, SL1 7HR during their normal opening hours until the twentieth day of July 2018.
