Section 27 Trustee Act
ANY Person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Kenneth Atherton (Deceased) late of Glen Lee, Wavell Road, Biterne, Southampton S018 4SB who died on 3rd December 2017 is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undernamed solicitors no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this Notice after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have and notice.
