LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
I/We Billericay Town Football Club Ltd hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Blunts Wall Road, Billericay, Essex, CM12 9SA. The proposed licensable activity is : Sale of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises and recorded music, plays, films, indoor sporting events, boxing or wrestling entertainments, live music, performances of dance and late night refreshments. Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 00:30am, Friday - Saturday 08:00am to 02:30am, Sunday 10:30am to 23:00pm. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent to: The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martins Square, Basildon, Essex. SS14 1DL. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at at the Council's office address given above, by appointment, between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).
