An application has been made to the
Licensing Authority for Swindon for the
grant of a Premises Licence by Laura Parsons in respect of 10 Kipling Gardens,
Swindon, SN2 7LJ
The application seeks the following
licensable activities and times: Supply
Alcohol Monday – Sunday 8am - 8pm
The full application may be inspected at the
Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon
Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5,
Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH
between the hours of 09.00 hours and
16.30 hours Monday to Friday.
Responsible Authorities, and/or other
persons (e.g. people/businesses living
or working within the vicinity), can make
representations at any time between
20 June 2018 and 18 July 2018. All
representations must be made in writing

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with
an application, for which a person is liable
on summary conviction to a maximum fine
of £5,000.
