PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION

ORDER NO 2018/04

The above Order was made on 8th June 2018. The effect of the Order will be to divert the public footpath at West End Farm, Newby running from Point A (Grid reference 450563 512356) in a generally north direction for approximately 227 metres to Point D (Grid reference 450524 512574) and create an alternative footpath on a line running from Point E (Grid reference 450580 512343) in a generally north direction for approximately 244 metres to Point D (Grid reference 450524 512574) as shown on the Order map. A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at either Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL6 2UU; or Stokesley Office, Town Close, Stokesley, Middlesbrough, TS9 5DH during normal office hours until 20th July 2018. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased. Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Chief Executive, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton,

North Yorkshire DL6 2UU not later than 20th July 2018.

Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no such representations or objections are dulymade, or ifanyso made are withdrawn, Hambleton District Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
