ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 ARPLEY ROAD, BROAD ARPLEY LANE & ARPLEY BRIDGE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING & FOOTWAY CLOSURE) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be as follows: Temporary Prohibition of Driving:
Arpley Road - For a distance of 50m in a south westerly direction from its junction with Wilson Patten Street to its junction with Broad Arpley Lane. Temporary Footway Closure:
Broad Arpley Lane - From its junction with Arpley Road to its junction with Park Boulevard. Arpley Bridge - From its junction with Wilderspool Causeway to its junction with Arpley Road. The Order will be effective from Saturday 14th July 2018 for 3 days, when signed on site. The alternative route for the footway closures will be via Park Boulevard, Wilderspool Causeway, Warrington Bridge, Bridge Foot and vice versa.

GATELY CLOSE. PORTOLA CLOSE AND WOODLANDS DRIVE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018 The effect of which is as follows:-Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway Gately Close - For its entire length. Portola Close - For its entire length.
Woodlands Drive - The eastern end of Woodlands Drive from its junction with All Saints Drive. The Order will be effective from Monday 2nd July 2018 for 5 weeks, between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm when signed on site.

KENYON LANE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018
The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Kenyan Lane from its junction with Heath Lane to its junction with Main Lane.
The Order will be effective from Thursday 21st June 2018 for 2 days between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm, when signed on site.
The alternative route will be via Stone Pit Lane, Sandy Brow Lane, Winwick Lane, Newton Road, Kenyon Lane and vice versa.

A49 LYTHGOES LANE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018 The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Lythgoes Lane (North West bound traffic) from its junction with Pinners Brow.
The Order will be effective on Thursday 28th June 2018 between the hours of 00.01am and 6am, when signed on site.
The alternative route will be via Midland Way, Froghall Lane, Priestley Street, Sankey Way and Cromwell Avenue.

WILSON PATTEN STREET, WARRINGTON NEW BRIDGE AND ADJACENT STREETS (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018 The effect of which is as follows:-Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway
Wilson Patten Street - From its junction with Bold Street to its junction with Bridgefoot Bridgefoot - From its junction with Wilson Patten Street to its junction with Mersey Street. Mersey Street - From its junction with Bridgefoot to its junction with the Church Street/Dial Street Roundabout.
Warrington Bridge - For its entire length. Warrington New Bridge - For its entire length. Wharf Street - For its entire length.
Vernon Street - From its junction with Wharf Street to its junction with Parr Street. Knutsford Road - From its junction with Wilderspool Causeway to its junction with School Street. Wilderspool Causeway - From its junction with Knutsford Road to its junction with the Park Boulevard/Chester Road Roundabout
Bridge Street - From its junction with Bridgefoot in a northerly direction for a distance of 50m. Barbauld Street - From its junction with Wilson Patten Street to its junction with Stanley Street. Arpley Road - For its entire length.
The Order will be effective from Monday 2nd July 2018 for 14 weeks (not from Monday 22nd July 2018 as previously advertised on 7th June 2018 incorrectly), between the hours of 10pm and 5am, when signed on site. The restrictions will be undertaken in the following phases:-Phase 1: Wilson Patten Street, Bridgefoot, Phase 2: Wilson Patten Street, Mersey Street, Phase 3: Mersey Street, Warrington New Bridge, Phase 4: Mersey Street, Warrington New Bridge, Phase 5: Mersey Street, Warrington New Bridge, Knutsford Road, Wharf Street, Vernon Street, Phase 6: Knutsford Road, Warrington Bridge, Phase 7: Knutsford Road, Warrington Bridge, Wilderspool Causeway, Phase 8: Wilderspool Causeway.
The alternative route for Phase 1 of the works will be via A5061 Parker Street, A5061 Liverpool Road, A57 Priestley Street, A57 Froghall Lane, A57 Midland Way, A49 Brick Street, A49 Fennel Street, A49 Mersey Street and vice versa.
The alternative route for Phase 2 of the works will be via A5061 Wilson Patten Street, A5061 Parker Street, A5061 Liverpool Road, A57 Priestley Street, A57 Froghall Lane, A57 Midland Way, A49 Brick Street, A49 Fennel Street and A49 Mersey Street.
The alternative route for Phase 3 of the works will be via A49 Wilderspool Causeway to Brian Bevan Island and back.
The alternative route for Phase 4 of the works will be via A5061 Knutsford Road eastbound, Halla Way and A5061 Knutsford Road westbound.
The alternative route for Phase 5 of the works will be via A49 Mersey Street, Church Street, Farrell Street, A50 Kingsway North, A50 Kingsway South and A5061 Knutsford Road westbound. The alternative route for Phase 6 of the works will be via A5061 Knutsford Road eastbound, Halla Way and A5061 Knutsford Road westbound.
The alternative route for Phase 7 of the works will be via A5061 Knutsford Road, A50 Thelwall Lane, A50 Higher Knutsford Road, Hunts Lane, Ackers Road, A56 Chester Road, A56 Grappenhall Road, A49 London Road and A49 Wilderspool Causeway.
The alternative route for Phase 8 of the works will be via A49 Wilderspool Causeway southbound, A49 London Road, A56 Grappenhall Road, A56 Chester Road, Ackers Road, Hunts Lane, A50 Higher Knutsford Road and A5061 Knutsford Road. THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) (AMENDMENT NO. 35) EXPERIMENTAL (AMENDMENT NO. 1) ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 20th June 2018 the Council made the above mentioned Order under Sections 1,4,9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling Powers. The effect of the Order is as follows: -
1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) (Amendment No. 35) Experimental Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-
(a) In the Schedule by the addition of the following suspension to Article (a):-

Harpers Road Between its junction with the roundabout at Woolston Grange Avenue and (Both Sides) a point 10 metres south west of its junction with Pasture Lane.
(b) In the Schedule by the deletion of the following from Article (b):-

WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
The Order will be effective from Thursday 28th June 2018 and will remain in force for a period not exceeding 14 months. The Council will be considering in due course, within the Experimental Order period, whether the provisions of the Experimental Order should continue in force indefinitely.
A copy of the Order and a Statement of the Councils reasons for making the Order, together with a plan of the restricted areas, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.

The effect of the Order will be as follows: -

(a) the motor vehicle, if it cannot conveniently be used for such purpose in any other road, to be used in conjunction with any of the following operations:

(i) building, industrial or demolition operation;

(ii) the removal of any obstruction to traffic;

(iv) the laying, erection, alteration or repair in, or on land adjacent to the said roads, or sides of roads of any sewer or of any main, pipe or apparatus for the supply of gas, water or electricity, or of any telecommunication apparatus as defined in paragraph 1 (1) of the Telecommunications Act 1984;

(v) in the service of a local authority or of a water authority in pursuance of statutory powers or duties;
