TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 3/227 ST JOHNS ROAD AND CHURCHEND (SLIMBRIDGE PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council have made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 3/227 St Johns Road and Churchend from its junction with Moorend Lane to its junction with Longaston Close for a distance of approximately 870 metres.

The reason for the closure is to carry out works to reline existing sewers through manhole access. The road is expected to be closed from 25th June 2018 until 6th July 2018 or until the works have been completed. Alternative Route - A one way diversion route using Moorend Lane/Lightenbrook Lane and Longaston Lane/Ryalls Lane and as signed on site.
