Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Windmill Lane, Stoulton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of Windmill Lane,
Stoulton from its junction with B4084 Worcester Road
to its junction with B4084 Windmill Hill in order to
facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no
other form of access; and to allow the works to
be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4084 Windmill Hill and B4084
Worcester Road.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
3 days Commencing: 25 June 2018.

Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2018
[Prohibition of Waiting on Priest Lane and
St Agatha’s Close, Pershore]
On 7 June 2018 Worcestershire County Council made
an Order the effect of which will prohibit waiting at
any time on the following lengths and sides of roads
in Pershore:-
Priest Lane (east side) from the centre point of the
Church access for a distance of 12 metres in a northerly
direction and 12 metres in a southerly direction; (west
side) from its junction with St Agatha’s Close for a
distance of 5 metres in a northerly direction and
5 metres in a southerly direction. St Agatha’s Close
(north side) from its junction with Priest Lane for a
distance of 28 metres in a westerly direction; (south
side) from its junction with Priest Lane for a distance
of 5 metres in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions
of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for
certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled
persons’ vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 28 June 2018.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of
Reasons for making the Order may be inspected
at Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen
Elizabeth Drive, Station Road, Pershore, Worcs.,
WR10 1PT and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester,
WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council’s powers in making the
Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by
application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the
date on which the Order was made.
