NOTICE OF MAKING CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (A559 CHESTER ROAD, FULLERTON ROAD, THE CRESCENT, CHIPSTEAD CLOSE, LYMCOTE DRIVE, HINCHLEY CLOSE, WHITE HART GARDENS, HEYES PARK, MORNANT AVENUE, HEYESWOOD LANE, LAMBERT WAY, BOOTH ROAD, GROSVENOR AVENUE, HARTFORD) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2018

Notice is hereby given that, on the 14th June 2018 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and came into force on 15th June 2018. The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit waiting at all times and restrict waiting on the lengths of road specified in the schedules below.
