Concerning additional information that has been submitted for the following planning application Publicity for Applications for Planning Permission Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Notice under Article 15(4) or (5) or Article 16 of Applications for Planning Permission Application not in Accordance with Provision of The Development Plan
Application Ref: 18/000015/CM Applicant: Mr Shane Jones Proposal: Retrospective Change of Use from a Workshop to a Waste Transfer Station for Metals Location: 5 Moorlands Farm, Manor Lane, Waresley, Hartlebury
I give notice that in June 2018 the applicant wrote to Worcestershire County Council submitting a Revised Location Plan and Application Form for the above proposed development. The County Council are now seeking comments on this additional information. On 21st March 2018, Mr Shane Jones applied to Worcestershire County Council for planning permission for the above proposal. The development would involve a departure from the development plan because the application site is located within the Green Belt. The County Council sought comments on this planning application between 5 April and 25 April 2018.
You may inspect copies of the additional information together with copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it at: Stourport-on-Severn Library, County Buildings, Worcester Street, Stourporton- Severn, Worcestershire, DY13 8EH; County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester WR5 2NP; and www. worcestershire.gov.uk/planningapplications during office hours from 21st June 2018 until 12th July 2018. You may make representations about this application to the Council, either online using the link above or by email/post to the address below. The period for making representations about this proposal ends on 12th July 2018. Please state whether you would wish to address the Planning & Regulatory Committee if given the opportunity. Details of all correspondence regarding any Planning Application will be made available for inspection by the applicant and any interested third parties.
