Notice of application for a Premises Licence.
Notice is hereby given that Sutton United Football Club Limited has applied to the London Borough of Sutton for a new premises licence at The Borough Sports Ground.Gander Green Lane.Sutton, SM1 2EY for the supply of alcohol, live music, recorded music, provision of late night refreshment.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by [end of consultation date] stating the grounds for making said representation to: Head of Licensing, London Borough of Sutton, 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton, Surrey SM5 2JG or by email: licensing@sutton.gov.uk
The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The London Borough Sutton, 24 Denmark Road between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.sutton.gov.uk
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
