TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION REVOCATION ORDER 2018 - CROWHURST ROAD
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 8 February 2018 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-
(a) WHEREAS Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") in the exercise of its powers under section 14 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers made the Brighton & Hove (Crowhurst Road) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2018 ("the previous order") on

21 May 2018.
(b) The previous order was required in order to regulate traffic during the disconnection of a gas supply and was due to come into force on 11 June 2018.

(c) AND WHEREAS the gas contractor has not started the Council now intends to make this Revocation Order which revokes the previous order and has no other effect.

2.This Order comes into force on 21 June 2018.
