(Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places)
Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2018
[Prohibition of Waiting on Gregory’s Mill Street
and Raglan Street, Worcester]
On 7 June 2018 Worcestershire County Council made
an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit
waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides
of road in Worcester:-
Gregory’s Mill Street (north east side) from a point
10.3 metres south east of its junction with Melbourne
Street for a distance of 18.4 metres in a south easterly
direction. Raglan Street (north west side) from a point
10.9 metres south of its junction with Gregory’s Mill
Street for a distance of 12.8 metres in a southerly
direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions
of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain
purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’
vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 28 June 2018.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of
Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at
Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The
Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB,
and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP
during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council’s powers in making the
Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by
application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the
date on which the Order was made.

[Disabled Persons’ Parking Place on Southfield
Street, Worcester]
On 7 June 2018 Worcestershire County Council made
an Order the effect of which will be to create a
disabled persons’ parking place on the following
length and side of road in Worcester:-
Southfield Street (north side) from a point 12 metres
north east of its junction with Washington Street for a
distance of 6.6 metres in a north easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions
of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain
purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’
vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 28 June 2018.
