Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of Application to Wigan Council An application for a New Premises License has been made by P and K Hospitality for the premises known as / situated at The Cabinet, 1 Church Street, Atherton, Manchester, M46 9DE The application seeks to Supply and onsite consumption of alcohol Mon-Sat 11:00 - 00:30 and Sun 11:00 - 22:30. The provision of live and recorded music Mon-Sat 07:00-01:00 and Sun 09:00-23:00 The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive.
