Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Butler Street, Astwood Bank)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of Butler Street, Astwood Bank from its junction
with Queen Street to its junction with Foregate Street in order to facilitate Severn
Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U30023 Butler Street, U30027 High Street, C2038 Feckenham Road,
A441 Evesham Road, U30022 Retreat Street, U30022 Foregate Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing:
16 July 2018.
(A448 Bromsgrove Highway (Eastbound Slip Road to A441 Northbound),
Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of A448 Bromsgrove Highway (eastbound slip road
to A441 northbound), Redditch from its junction with C2101 Coldfield Drive for a
distance of 574 metres in a north easterly direction in order to facilitate carriageway
resurfacing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A448 Bromsgrove Highway (eastbound), A448 Bromsgrove
Highway (eastbound slip road to A441 southbound, A441 Alcester Highway
(southbound), A441 roundabout, A441 Alcester Highway (northbound).
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 nights (within a 4 week
period). Commencing: 25 June 2018.
(Clayfields, Ham Green)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of Clayfields, Ham Green from its junction with Blaze
Lane to its junction with Swansbrook Lane in order to facilitate carriageway resurfacing
works by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Swansbrook Lane, Astwood Lane, Crofts Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (within a 3 week period).
Commencing: 20 June 2018.
(C2178 Brockhill Lane, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2178 Brockhill Lane, Redditch from its junction
with U31094 Wheelers Lane for a distance of 345 metres in a south westerly direction
in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4184 Brockhill Drive, B4096 Hewell Lane, U22403 Tunnel Hill,
C2178 Brockhill Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing:
16 July 2018.
(B4101 Beoley Lane, Beoley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of B4101 Beoley Lane, Beoley in two sections.
(a) from its junction with C2175 Seafield Lane for a distance of 42 metres in an easterly
direction.
(b) from its junction with C2175 Seafield Lane for a distance of 128 metres in a
westerly direction.
The Order has been made to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative routes: Anti-clockwise – B4101 Beoley Lane Roundabout, B4101 Beoley
Lane A435 Alcester Road, C2292 Alcester Road, U23606 Brockhill Lane, U23606
Carpenters Hill B4101 Beoley Lane and vice versa. Clockwise – B4101 Beoley Lane,
U23606 Carpenters Hill, C2175 Seafield Lane, U23604 Whitepits Lane, C2292 Alcester
Road, C2292 Penn Lane, A435 : Southbound Slip on Penn Lane, A435 Alcester Road,
A435 Beoley Lane, B4101 Broad Lane, B4101 Beoley Lane Roundabout
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 nights (19:00 - 06:00).
Commencing: 25 June 2018.
(C2137 Headless Cross Drive/Birchfield Road, Redditch)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of C2137 Headless Cross Drive/Birchfield Road,
Redditch from its junction with C2137 Middle Piece Drive to its junction with C2101
Coldfield Drive in order to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2137 Middle Piece Drive, B4504 Windmill Drive, A441 Rough Hill
Drive, C2101 Coldfield Drive and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing:
21 June 2018.
(Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009
(Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Crossgate Road, Redditch]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which
will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in
Redditch:
Crossgate Road (north east side) from the centre of the Household Waste Bulk Bays
Access for a distance of 20 metres in a north westerly direction, and 20 metres in a
south easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil
enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting
by disabled persons vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to
make the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Customer Service
Team, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall,
Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/
representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email
roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk to be received by 18 July 2018.
