NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the Denbighshire County Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed application relates to: The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday: 07:00 to 23:00. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Monday 9th July 2018 to Licensing Department, Denbighshire Count/ Council, PO Box 62, Ruthin, Denbighshire, LLI5 9AZ where the register of licensing applications can be inspected by appointment Alternatively, representations may be made by email to: licensing@denbighshire.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
