Application has been made by Whitbread Group PLC to the Licensing Authority of Bournemouth Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the proposed Premier Inn (Wessex Hotel) Bournemouth at 11-13 Westcliff Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5EU. The application includes the fol­lowing terms:- I .To enable the sale of alcohol between I0:00hrs and 00:30hrs daily and to residents in the hotel 24 hours a day. 2. To enable the sale of alcohol for extended hours at Bank Holidays and on other limited days as specified in the application. 3. To enable the exhibition of films and the provision of late night refresh­ment to be provided when the Premises are open for the sale of alco­hol.
