Application for a premises licence.

Notice is given that Sarah Wise has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of Fantasy Island Fun Park, Bowleaze Coveway, Weymouth for to include the outside area and an increase in the hours for the sale by retail of alcohol generally between the hours of 9am till 2am Monday to Sunday Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Weymouth & Portland Borough Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
