LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
I/We Mertiya Limited hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of 34 East Walk, Basildon. SS14 1HH. The proposed licensable activity is : Sale of Alcohol for consumption on the premises and recorded music. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at at the Council's office address given above, by appointment, between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).
