The freeholder of Flat 28 Aberdale Gardens, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire EN6 2JW, namely Hinda Ullman cannot be found. The leaseholder intends to extend the lease of the said Flat pursuant to Section 50 of the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
