TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
18/1015/VOC/KG: Former Gasworks, Station Road, Borehamwood. Variation of condition 12 (Drainage Assessment), 13 (Drainage Scheme) and 16 (Contamination) of planning permission reference 16/1932/FUL - To amend the drainage strategy to incorporate additional requirements. Reason: Major Development.
18/1021/FUL/KG &18/1022/LBC/KG: Old Barn House, St Marys Terrace, High Street Elstree, WD6 3HA. Conversion of existing first floor flat, erection of first floor rear extension & conversion of loft into habitable space with 3 No. dormers to create 1 x studio flat & 2 x 1 bed flats with cycle parking, refuse storage and communal amenity area. Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.
18/1043/HSE/SR: Little Orchard, Barnet Lane, Elstree, WD6 3QX. Extension to the existing basement to provide ancillary residential space. Reason: Green Belt.
18/1023/FUL/SN: Shenley Cricket Centre, Shenley Park, Radlett Lane, Shenley, WD7 9DW. Retrospective application for a single storey rear extension. Reason: Green Belt & Conservation Area.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
