Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl UK GmbH have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to London Borough of Merton for a Premises Licence for Lidl UK GmbH, 23 Streatham Road Mitcham CR4 2AD for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. Persons wishing to inspect the licensing register may do so, by appointment, at the address below between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 -16:30 Friday REPRESENTATIONS SHOULD BE MADE IN WRITING TO: Licensing Section, London Borough of Merton, 14th Floor Civic Centre London Road Morden Surrey SM4 5DX or by email to licensingdmerton.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 11/07/2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
