Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 18 June 2018.
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A345 (Part) Netheravon Road, Durrington/Figheldean; from its junction with Clover Lane to its junction with High Street to enable Eurovia to undertake works for carriageway resurfacing, surface dressing and road markings. Alternative route via A345 (unaffected length) - A342 - A338 - A303 and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order, which previously came into operation on 7 March 2018, will now recommence on 18 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for five days. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL TISBURY 66 (PART) AND DONHEAD ST ANDREW 7 (PART) DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2018
The above order, made on 4 June 2018, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath running from OSGR ST 9381-2628 and then leading in a broadly south easterly and south westerly direction for approximately 88m to OSGR ST 9379-2621, to a new route at OSGR ST 9381-2628, in a broadly southerly direction for approximately 75m to OSGR ST 9379-2621, having a width of 2m, and thereupon the Mere and Tisbury District Council Area Definitive Map and Statement dated 1952 shall be modified accordingly.
A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free ofcharge at Rights of Way and Countryside, Waste and Environment, Wiltshire Council, Unit 9, Ascot Court, White Horse Business Park, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 0XA from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £5.
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Ali Roberts, Rights of Way Officer, Waste and Environment, Wiltshire Council, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN not later than 5pm on 12 July 2018. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Wiltshire Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order. 14 June 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to: Temporarily close to all Vehicles, Pedestrians and Equestrians: (a) Byway 10 (Part), Durrington; from its junction with Fargo Road to its junction with Byway 12, Amesbury/ A344; (b) Byway 12 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with Byway 10, Durrington/ crossing the A344 over to its junction with A303 (T); (c) Byway 12 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with A303 (T) in a southerly direction to its junction with Byway 1, Wilsford cum Lake; (d) Byway 1 (Part), Wilsford cum Lake to its junction with Byway 11, Berwick St James; (e) Byway 11 (Part), Berwick St James; from its junction with Byway 1 to its junction with Byway 16 Woodford; (f) Byway 16 (Part), Woodford; from Byway 11, Berwick St James to its junction with A360, Druids Lodge; (g) Byway 11 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with A303 (T) in a southerly direction to its junction with Byway 2, Wilsford cum Lake; (h) Byway 2, (Part), Wilsford cum Lake; from its junction with Byway 11, Amesbury to its junction with Hungerford Lane and WCLA 7FP at Wilsford cum Lake.

Sections (i) -(k) will come into operation at 06:00 on 20 June 2018 and will remain in force until 12 noon on 22 June 2018. The Orders for sections (a) - (h) will have a maximum duration of six months. The Order for sections (i) - (k) will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
