Application for New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that on 26th August 2015 an application was made to Eastbourne Borough Council by Nicola Roberts for a new Premises Licence under Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as Beau-K Florist.

The application details are Sale of Alcohol, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.

Any person wishing to make representations about this application must submit it to Eastbourne Borough Council within 28 days from the day after the application date above, either by using the online form on the Council's website below or by writing to the Licensing Manager, Eastbourne Borough Council, 1 Grove Road, Eastbourne BN21 4TW Copies of the register and applications can be viewed at the above office by prior appointment Summaries and associated information can be found at www.eastbourne.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine is £5,000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
