ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 BROOKFIELD ROAD, OAKLANDS DRIVE AND ADJACENT STREETS, LYMM (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is as follows:-Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway
Brookfield Road - From its junction with Eagle Brow to its junction with Whitbarrow Road.
Brookfield Close - For its entire length. Davies Way - For its entire length. Maltmans Road - For its entire length. Oaklands Drive - For its entire length. Parkwood Close - For its entire length. Wayside Close - For its entire length.
Booth's Lane - From its junction with Cherry Lane to its junction with Cheriton Farm. The Order will be effective from Monday 25th June 2018 for 8 weeks when signed on site. The restrictions for Brookfield Road, Brookfield Close, Davies Way & Maltmans Close will be in place between the hours of 7pm and 1am, the restrictions for Oaklands Drive, Parkwood Close, Wayside Close & Booth's Lane will be in place between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm.
The alternative route for Brookfield Road will be via Eagle Brow, New Road, Dane Bank
Road East, Dane Bank Road and vice versa or via Whitbarrow Road, Warrington Road,
Stockport Road, Camsley Lane, Booth's Hill Road, Eagle Brow and vice versa.
The alternative route for Booth's Lane will be via Cherry Lane, Elm Tree Road, Church
Road, Booth's Hill Road, Massey Brook Lane and vice versa.
The restrictions are required to undertake carriageway and footway surfacing works.

WINWICK ROAD BUS GATE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 3rd May 2018. The effect of which was to introduce a prohibition of driving on the Winwick Road Bus Gate from its junction with Silver Street to its junction with the A49 Winwick Road.
The Order was effective from Monday 7th May 2018 for 2 weeks, however remedial works
are required therefore a further closure will be in place from Friday 15th June 2018 to
Sunday 17th June 2018 between the hours of 7pm and 1 am, Monday to Friday, when the
relevant signs are in place on site.
The alternative route will be via Pinners Brow and Lythgoes Lane.
The closure is required to allow for remedial works to the carriageway resurfacing of the
bus lane to be carried out.

ACCESS WILL BE UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE RELEVANT CONTRACTOR FOR THE DURATION OF THE WORKS WHERE REQUIRED.
THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) CONSOLIDATION (AMENDMENT NO. 1) ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made an Order under Sections 1,2,4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers on 13th June 2018. The effect of the Order is as follows: -
1. The Borough of Warrington (Time Square Car Park) (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2014 is revoked in its entirety.
2. The Borough of Warrington (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-
(a) By the deletion of Schedule 6 (Staff Contract Car Parks) in its entirety.
(b) By the removal of any reference to Schedule 6 from Articles 8,14,32(b), 32(b)(i), 32(b) (Hi), 41,42 and 44.
(c) By the amendment of Article 45 being the addition of "Contract Parking Permit Holders" to the said article.
(d) By the deletion of Article 46 (a) and (b) in its entirety.
(e) Articles 22 and 48 are deleted and replaced by the following:-
22. (i) The driver of a vehicle using a Parking Place shall upon leaving the vehicle in the Parking Place pay the appropriate charge, if any, in accordance with the scale of current charges as detailed in Schedules 2,3,4 and 7 to this Order, (ii) The driver of a Vehicle parked in a Parking Bay, which displays in the Relevant Position, a valid Disabled Persons' Badge and Timeclock issued in respect of the Driver of, or Passenger in the said Vehicle, after the expiry of the three hour exemption from parking charges period provided by the Disabled Person's Badge, shall pay the appropriate charge, if any, for the use of the Parking Bay in accordance with the scale of current charges as detailed in Schedules 2,3,4 and 7 to this Order.
48. No daily charge shall be payable in respect of:
(i) a Vehicle which displays in the Relevant Position, for the entire period that the Vehicle remains in the Parking Place, a valid Disabled Person's Badge and Timeclock issued in respect of the Driver of, or Passenger in the said Vehicle, and parks the said Vehicle in any Parking Bay in any Parking Place shall be exempt from any payment specified in Schedule 2,3,4 and 7 of the Order PROVIDED that the Vehicle remains within the Parking Place for a period not exceeding three hours;
(ii) a Motor Cycle;
(iii) a vehicle left displaying, in the Relevant Position, a valid Parking Permit issued in respect of specified parking places or car parks as detailed in Schedules 3,4,5 and 7 to this Order
(f) By the introduction of Disabled Badge Holder Charges to Schedules 2,3,4 and 7 of the said Order, where normal charges will apply after the expiry of the three hour exemption from parking charges period provided by the Disabled Person's Badge. The locations to be included are Birchwood Train Station, The Forge, Walton Hall Gardens, Winwick Street, Car Park 'A' Town Hall, Davies Way, Henry Street, Pepper Street and Time Square Multi-Storey Car Park.
(g) By the variation of charges at the Time Square Multi-Storey Car Park in Schedule 3 to the said Order as follows:-
Pay on Foot:
Existing: Over 4 hours - £5.70 Revised: Over 4 hours - £3.00
Public Contract Information:
Existing: £756.00 per annum, Revised: £500.00 per annum,
£63.00 per month £41.67 per month
Introduction of Single weekly/monthly charges: £12 per week £50 per month
The Order will be effective from 18th June 2018.
A copy of the Order and Statement of the Council's Reason for making the Order, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 13th June 2018, apply to the High Court for this purpose. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
