Temporary 40mph Speed Limit

Notice is hereby given in compliance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 that the Department for Infrastructure, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 7(1) and (3) of that Order, has made a provision imposing a 40 miles per hour speed limit on A509 Derrylin Road, Bellanaleck at Derryhowlaght, from a point approximately 100 metres north of its junction with U8188 Drumhack Road, to a point approximately 850 metres north of that junction, commencing onThursday 14 June 2018 until Friday 14 December 2018 being satisfied that traffic should be restricted because works are being executed on the carriageway Traffic signs warning that the use of the road is subject to the aforementioned restriction and to indicate the nature and extent of the restriction will be erected in due course.
