Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire
Council, as highway authority, intend, under its
relevant powers, to make the U70603,
Kyrle Street, Ross-On-Wye Temporary Closure
Order 2018 to temporarily prohibit the use by
vehicles the U70603, Kyrle Street, Ross-On-Wye,
outside no.4. OS Grid Ref: 359855 / 224388.
The alternative route for those affected by the
proposal is via the B4234 Brookend Street onto
the U70604 Greytree Road onto the U70601
Trenchard Street.
The said closure is required due to the installation
of a new water service connection works and the
likelihood of danger to the public while the works
are taking place. The said closure will come into
force on 8th July 2018 and may remain in force
for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless
extended with the consent of the Secretary
of State), but the works are expected to be
completed within 2 days. Any queries in
