LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Iceland, 3-5 Market Place, Didcot, OX11 7LE.

Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the South Oxfordshire District Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

The proposed application relates to:
The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday: 0800 to 2300 and Sunday: 1000 to 2230.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Thursday 17* September 2015 to the Licensing Section, South Oxfordshire District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton, 0X14 4SB where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
