(WaitingRestrictionsandStreetParkingPlaces) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2018 [ProhibitionofWaitingonBeech AvenueandBeech Avenue North, Worcester]

On 31 May2018 Worcestershire CountyCouncil made anOrdertheeffectofwhichwillbetoprohibitwaiting at anytime on the following lengths and sides ofroad in Worcester:
BeechAvenue(northside)fromitsjunctionwithBeech Avenue North for a distance of11 metres in an easterly direction;fromitsjunctionwithBeechAvenueNorthfor a distance of 14 metres in a westerly direction; (south side) from a point 18 metres east ofits junction with Beech Avenue North for a distance of 26 metres in a westerly direction. Beech Avenue North (north west side)fromitsjunction with Beech Avenueforadistance of 23 metres in a north easterly direction; (south east side)fromitsjunctionwith Beech Avenueforadistance of10 metres in a north easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (whichprovidesforcivilenforcementofcontraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/accessforcertainpurposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. TheOrderwill comeintooperation on 21 June2018.

Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of Stanley Street, Worcester from its junction with A38 Bath Road to its junction with Orchard Street in order to facilitate new gas works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other formofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: A38 Bath Road, Greenway Drive, Diglis Lane, Berwick Street, Orchard Street and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 9 July 2018.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (A4440 Swinesherd Way, Whittington)(Temporary 40 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2018 Order made: to impose a temporary 40 mph speed limit on that part of A4440 Swinesherd Way, whittington from its junction with A4440 Nunnery Way roundabout to its junction with A4440 Whittington Road roundabout, in order to install traffic islands, new kerbs and works to carriageway and footpath. Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 42 days. Commencing: 18 June 2018.
(U62219 Blackhouse Lane, Suckley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of U62219 Blackhouse Lane, Suckley from its junction with C2244 Suckley to its junction with C2064 Longley Green to Stocks Lane in ordertoinstall anewdrainagesystem. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2244 Longley Green to Stocks Lane Alfrick, C2064 Longley Green, C2064 Malvern Hills Boundary to Longley Green, C2070 Suckley, C2244 Suckley and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 18 June 2018.
(C2244 Suckley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Order made: to close thatpartofC2244 Suckleyfrom its junction with Redcastle Lane to its junction with Blackhouse Lane in order to facilitate drainage works
by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other formofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: Blackhouse Lane, C2064 Longley Green to Stocks Lane Alfrick, C2064 Green, C2064 MalvernHillsBoundarytoLongleyGreen,C2070Suckley and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 18 June 2018.
(Edgar Street, King Street and Severn Street, Worcester) (One-Way Traffic) Order 2018 On 31 May 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will consolidate the existing one way traffic Order on the following roads in Worcester:-
Edgar Street for its entire length. Traffic may only proceed east to west.
King Street for its entire length. Traffic may only proceed west to east.
Severn Street from its junction with Edgar Street to its junction with King Street. Traffic may only proceed north to south.
The Order will not apply to road cleansing vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 21 June 2018. A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Counci l's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
(WaitingRestrictionsandStreetParkingPlaces) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting and Restriction of Waiting on Isaac Walk and Boughton Avenue, Worcester]
On31 May2018WorcestershireCountyCouncilmade an Ordertheeffectofwhich will betoprohibitwaiting atanytimeon thefollowinglengthsandsidesofroads in Worcester:
Isaac Walk (south east side) from its junction with Boughton Avenueforadistanceof28 metresin anorth easterly direction; (north west side) from its junction with Boughton Avenueforadistanceof19 metresin a north easterly direction. Boughton Avenue (east side) from its junction with Isaac Walk for a distance of 12 metres in a northerly direction and 16.6 metres in a southerly direction.
Restrict waiting Monday - Friday 12.00pm - 2.00pm:-Boughton Avenue (east side): from a point 12 metres north of its junction with Isaac Walk for a distance of 61.1 metresin anortherlydirection;(westside)from a point 61.2 metres from the centre point of its junction with Isaac Walk for a distance of 31.3 metres in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 21 June 2018.
