NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against, or interest in, the Estate of George Galloway Mearns Nairn, of 2, Gaskell Rise, Longridge, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 0DA who died intestate on the 9th of January 2018, letters of administration having been granted on the 14th of March 2018 in the High Court of Justice, The District Probate Registry at Liverpool, should send particulars in writing to Messrs Gladstones Solicitors, The Terrace, High Legh Park Golf Club, Warrington Road, High Legh, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 6AA quoting reference number 103727.001/FB within 2 months of the date of this notice. After this date the Personal Representatives will convey or distribute the property (including monies or monies worth) or any part thereof to which the notice relates, to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims, whether formal or not, of which the personal representatives then had notice and shall not, as respect the property so conveyed or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the personal representatives have not had notice at the time of the conveyance or distribution.
