Proposed development at: Land at Hindley and Hindley Green, Wigan, Greater Manchester Take notice that application is being made by: Peel Land and Property Limited & Wigan Council C/o GVA Applicant name: Miss Nicola Rigby For planning permission to: Outline planning application for development of the site for mixed use comprising residential (C3) (up to 2,000 units), employment (ancillary B1a, B1b, B1c, B2 and/or B8) (to up 12 hectares), local centre (A1-5 & D1/2), primary school provision (D1) and approximately 50.3ha of public open space and sports pitch provision with two primary access points and an inteqral junction.
