DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL SKINNERGATE, DARLINGTON (ROAD CLOSURE), ORDER 2018
Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under the
provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act,
1984, as amended, the effect of which will be:
ROAD CLOSURE
SKINNERGATE
From the south side of its junction with Post House Wynd southwards
to its junction with Blackwellgate.
ACCESS ONLY FOR DELIVERIES BETWEEN 1700 & 1000HOURS
SKINNERGATE
From the south side of its junction with Duke Street to the south side
of its junction with Post House Wynd
And to
TO TEMPORARILY SUSPEND
CONISCLIFFE ROAD
Schedule 30.03 of the Darlington Borough Council (Moving Traffic)
Consolidation Order 2012, to allow access for all traffic on the
northern carriageway from a point 5metres east of its junction
with Larchfield Street to a point 7metres east of the boundary of 2
Coniscliffe Road
The Order is necessary due to an unsafe building.
The maximum duration of the temporary restrictions under this
Order is 18 months commencing from 15th June 2018.
