Notice is hereby given that Punch Partnerships (PTL) Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Hilbre Court Hotel (TBK Estkal'ian), Banks Road, West Kirby, Wirral, CH48 3HTTlie variation proposed is as follows;- I. lb extend the opening time to allow the premises to open from IMC hours seven days a week 2 lb extend the start time for the sale of alcohol on Sunday to MOO hours. 3. To remove certain conditions under Annex 2 of the Premises Licence. 4.To amend the licensing plan in accordance with the drawing which accompanies this application. 5. To change the name of the premises to be known as "Est Italian". A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Licensing Authority, Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council, Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton Street; Wallasey CH44 BED during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council Licensing Authority on 8th June 2018 and any representations must be made in writing to Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council Licensing Authority at the above address 6th July 20I& \t is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connec­tion with this application.
