Notice is hereby given that Energion Ltd has submitted an application for a Development of National Significance (DNS) to the Welsh Ministers for: Installation of a stand-by energy generating station that when constructed will have an installed generating capacity of approximately 20 MW. The site is located at Land at Southbrook Farm, Sudbrook Road, Sudbrook.

Members of the public can view the application documents online at https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk/ViewCase.aspx?Caseid=3151903&CoID=0 , or at Monmouthshire County Council offices at all reasonable hours.

The timetable for the submission of evidence has begun and interested persons may submit representations to the Planning Inspectorate on behalf of the Welsh Ministers (details below) by 16 July 2018. All representations will be published to the Appeals Casework Portal website as soon as the deadline has passed.
