An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Hop Kettle Brewing Company Ltd in respect of

1st & 2nd Floor, 3 Devizes Road, Old Town, Swindon SN1 4BJ

The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: Supply of Alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises

Sunday to Thursday 12:00pm - 23:00pm Friday and Saturday 12:00pm - 12:00 Midnight

The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday.

Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between Friday 8th June 2018 and Friday 6th July 2018. All representations must be made in writing [including e mail or fax], to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
