Latchmere Recreation Ground cafe licence
Kingston Council seeks expressions of interest from suitably experienced parties for the provision of refreshment facilities at Latchmere Recreation Ground.
A small kitchenette is available to use, which is shared with a local football club, but interested parties may like to consider if a temporary or mobile unit could be utilised to improve the offer.
The license will be for an initial 1 year period with potential operating days Monday-Sunday during the months of May-August and Monday-Friday during the months of September-April. After the initial 1 year period a review will take place to assess the continued viability of the offer. The successful party will work with the Council to ensure they comply with current planning regulations, food hygiene and covenants specific to the recreation ground.
Interested parties should submit a business plan and proposal for use by no later than 5pm on Friday 29th June to robert.waite@kingston.gov.uk. Any business plan should show whether a licence fee free period is being requested, and if the placement of tables and chairs form part of the plan.
