(PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 47 (PART) PARISH OF CHEPPING WYCOMBE PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2018
The above Order, made on 15th May 2018 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public footpath running from SU9010-8910 north west for 16 metres to SU9010-8910 as shown by abold continuous line, to aline running from SU9011-8908 north north west for 16 metres to SU9011-8910 then west south west for 7.5 metres to SU9010-8910 as shown by abrokenblack line with awidth of 2metres throughout.
Acopyofthe order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at County Hall, Aylesbury and High Wycombe Library during normal opening hours. Copies of the order and map may be purchased from the County Council at a cost of £5.00 at the address given below. Any representations or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Head of Planning and Environment, Definitive Map and Local Land Charges Team, 7th Floor, Buckinghamshire County Council, County Hall, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP20 1UA not later than 6th July 2018 or email hfrancis@buckscc.gov.uk. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, then Buckinghamshire County Council may confirm the order as an unopposed Order. If the order is sent to the Secretary ofState for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 this Council is obliged to make any representations received in response to this notice, open to public inspection.
