Application under the Environmental Permitting
(England & Wales) Regulations 2016

The Company known as Dragon Asphalt Ltd, 16 West Wat Road, Alexandra Dock, Newport South Wales has applied to Newport City Council for a Permit to operate an installation for roadstone coating.

The application has been placed on the public register held at: Health and Safety Team, Newport City Council, Civic Centre, Newport NP20 4UR. The application can be inspected free of charge by appointment only. The application can also be viewed on Newport City Councils website.

A person who wishes to make representations on the application should be made to environmental.health@
newport.gov.uk or in writing to Health and Safety Team, Newport City Council, Civic Centre Newport NP20 4UR within 28 days of this notice.

Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
