The Secretary of State givesnoticeofthe proposal to makeanOrder under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of areas of highway and footpaths at Garsmouth Way, York Way, The Gossamers,Meriden Wayand The Turnstones at Watford, in the Borough of Watford.
If made,the Order would authorise the stopping up onlytoenabledevelopment as permitted by WatfordBorough Council, under reference 15/00919/FULM.
Copies of the draft Order and relevant plan will be availablefor inspection during normal opening hours at thePost Office,128 The Gossamers, Watford, HertfordshireWD25 9AD in the 28 days commencing on 08 June 2018, and maybe obtained, free of charge,fromthe address stated below(quotingNATTRAN/E/S247/3321).
Anyperson mayobjecttothe making of the proposed order by stating their reasons in writing to the Secretary of State at nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk or National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House,Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR, quoting the abovereference.Objections should be receivedbymidnight on 06 July 2018.Any person submitting anycorrespondence is advised that your personal data and correspondence will be passed to the applicant/agent to be considered.
