LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE Notice is given that WANNASEE LTD has applied to the Sunderland City Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of the following premises: HERRINGTON COUNTRY PARK, CHESTER ROAD, NEW HERRINGTON, SUNDERLAND, DH4 7EL
The proposed licensable activities are: Provision of Films 11:00 – 22:45 Provision of Live Music 11:00 – 22:45 Provision of Recorded Music 11:00 – 22:45 Provision of Performances of Dance 11:00 – 22:45 Supply of Alcohol 11:30 – 22:30 The licensing register of Sunderland City Council is kept at: Sunderland City Council, Licensing Section, Jack Crawford House, Commercial Road, Sunderland, SR2 8QR. A record of the application may be inspected by appointment during the hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.15 and Friday 8.30 – 4.45 at the City Centre Customer Services Centre at 31-32 Fawcett Street, Sunderland, SR3 1RE.
Representations regarding the application must be made in writing to the Council no later than the 24th June 2018. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
