NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE CROXLEY GREEN NEIGHBOURHOOD DEVELOPMENT PLAN
CroxleyGreenParish Council (as the qualifying body) prepared aNeighbourhood Development Plan (NDP), entitled "Croxley Green Neighbourhood Plan 2017-2032" which setsout avision forthe futureofthe Parishand planning policies whichwillbeused to determine planningapplications locally.
In 2017 we undertook astatutory6 week consultationwhichsought views on the plan and accompanyingdocuments and the representations received were submittedtothe Independent Examiner for consideration.
We arenow undertaking an additionalstatutory consultationseekingviews on the Strategic Environmental Assessment(SEA) and Habitats RegulationsAssessment (HRA)Screening Reports as well as theneighbourhood plan. If you submitted comments as part of the 2017 consultation there is no needtore-submit as these willbetaken intoaccount by the Independent Examiner.
The consultation will run fora sixweekperiod from Friday 8thJune2018untilFriday20thJuly2018.
Copies of the SAE and HRA Screening Reports, the Croxley Green Neighbourhood Plan and other supporting documents are available to view on the Council's website at www.threerivers.gov.uk and are also available for inspection at:
Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway,Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, WD3 1RL. Openinghours Mon to Thurs 8.30am -5.30pm, Fri8.30am -5pm

Representationsmay be accompaniedbya requesttobenotified oftheLocalPlanning Authority'sdecision under regulation 19 ofthe Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 in relationtothe CroxleyGreen Neighbourhood DevelopmentPlan.
At the end ofthe representation period, the representations receivedbythe deadline andasummaryofthe main issuesraisedin the representationswill be submittedtothe Independent Examiner.
