BURY COUNCIL -THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (BROOK STREET/TAYLOR STREET, BURY) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-

NO WAITING AT ANY TIME
Brook Street, Bury - East side from its junction with Bell Lane to a point 15 metres north of the northerly kerbline of Badger Street West side, from its junction with Moorgate for a distance of 28 metres in a northerly direction.
Brook Street/Taylor Street, Bury - West side, from a point 15 metres north of the northerly kerbline of Badger Street to a point 15 metres south of the southerly kerbline of Badger Street.
Badger Street, Bury - Both sides from the westerly kerbline of Brook Street/Taylor Street for a distance of 15 metres in a westerly direction

A copy of the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within it), a plan showing the roads and area affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the reception desk at the address below during normal office hours.
Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made must be made in writing and sent to Highway Network Management, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury or by email to traffic@bury. gov.uk quoting reference TM2/18/432 by 29/06/18.
