ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

GATELY CLOSE. PORTOLA CLOSE AND WOODLANDS DRIVE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018

The effect of which will be as follows: -Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway Gately Close - For its entire length. Portola Close - For its entire length.

woodlands Drive - The eastern end of Woodlands Drive from its junction with All Saints Drive. The Order will be effective from Monday 2nd July 2018 for 5 weeks, between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm when signed on site.

KENYON LANE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018

The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Kenyon Lane from its junction with Heath Lane to its junction with Main Lane.

The Order will be effective from Thursday 21 st June 2018 for 2 days between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm, when signed on site.

The alternative route will be via Stone Pit Lane, Sandy Brow Lane, Winwick Lane, Newton Road, Kenyon Lane and vice versa.

A49 LYTHGOES LANE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018

The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Lythgoes Lane (North West bound traffic) from its junction with Midland Way to it junction with Pinners Brow. The Order will be effective on Thursday 28th June 2018 between the hours of 00.01 am and Bam when signed on site.

The alternative route will be via Midland Way, Froghall Lane, Priestley Street, Sankey Way and Cromwell Avenue.

The effect of which will be as follows: -Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway

Wilson Patten Street - From its junction with Bold Street to its junction with Bridgefoot. Bridgefoot - From its junction with Wilson Patten Street to its junction with Mersey Street. Mersey Street - From its junction with Bridgefoot to its junction with the Church Street/Dial Street Roundabout.

Warrington Bridge - For its entire length. Warrington New Bridge - For its entire length. Wharf Street - For its entire length.

Vernon Street - From its junction with Wharf Street to its junction with Parr Street. Knutsford Road - From its junction with Wilderspool Causeway to its junction with School Street.

Wilderspool Causeway - From its junction with Knutsford Road to its junction with the Park Boulevard/Chester Road Roundabout.

Bridge Street - From its junction with Bridgefoot in a northerly direction for a distance of 50m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

A574 BIRCHWOOD WAY (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018

The effect of which is as follows:-Temporary Prohibition of Driving

A574 Birchwood Way - The roundabout carriageway at College Place.

A574 Birchwood Way - From its junction with the eastbound exit at College Place for a

distance of 100 metres in an easterly direction.

The Order will be effective from Wednesday 20th June 2018 for 78 weeks between the hours of 7pm and 1 am, Monday to Friday. The closures will be implemented in stages. The roundabout carriageway will be closed in phases in conjunction with the closures of the various approach roads leading to each phase of work. The closures will be in place when the relevant signs are in place on site. The alternative routes will be as follows:-

A574 Birchwood Way (College Place) (North Wast Quadrant) - for traffic from Woolston Grange Avenue and Birchwood Way (east) will be via Birchwood Way, Blackbrook Avenue, Enfield Park Road and Crab Lane.

A574 Birchwood Way (College Place) (North East Quadrant including the eastbound exit from College Place) - will be via Crab Lane, Locking Stumps Lane, Lords Lane, Glover Road and Birchwood Park Avenue.

A574 Birchwood Way (College Place) (South East Quadrant) - for traffic from George Duckworth Island will be via Birchwood Park Avenue, Glover Road, Lords Lane, Locking Stumps Lane, Crab Lane, Enfield Park Road, Blackbrook Avenue, Padgate Lane, King Edward Street, Manchester Road and Woolston Grange Avenue. A574 Birchwood Way (College Place) (South West Quadrant) - tor traffic on Birchwood Way from Oakwood Gate in the direction of A50 will be via George Duckworth Island, Birchwood Park Avenue, Glover Road, Lords Lane, Locking Stumps Lane, Crab Lane, Enfield Park Road and Blackbrook Avenue; and tor northbound traffic on Woolston Grange Avenue will be via Harpers Road roundabout, Woolston Grange Avenue (southbound), Manchester Road, King Edward Street, Padgate Lane, Blackbrook Avenue and Birchwood Way. The closures are required to undertake carriageway resurfacing works as part of the construction of the Warrington East Phase 2 Scheme.

The effect of which is to introduce a 40mph Speed Limit along the westbound carriageway of Birchwood Way from its junction with Oakwood Gate (George Duckworth Island) to its junction with Woolston Grange Avenue (College Place)

The Order will be effective from Thursday 7th June 2018 for 6 weeks, when the relevant signs are in place on site.

The restrictions are required for safety reasons as part of traffic management for gas main

diversion works in connection with the Warrington East Phase 2 Scheme.

BIRCHWOOD WAY (ONE WAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018 The effect of which is to introduce a:-Temporary One-Way System

To prohibit any motor vehicle proceeding along Birchwood Way between its junction with Woolston Grange Avenue (College Place) and its junction with Blackbrook Avenue, except in an easterly direction.

The Order will be effective from Wednesday 20th June 2018 for 78 weeks, however it is anticipated that the restriction will be in place for approximately 6 months from Summer 2018. The restriction will be in place when the relevant signs are in place on site. The restriction is required to enable carriageway widening works as part of the construction of the Warrington East Phase 2 Scheme.

Birchwood Way - From its junction with Blackbrook Avenue to its junction with Woolston Grange Avenue.

Woolston Grange Avenue - From its junction with Harpers Road to its junction with Birchwood Way (College Place).

The Order will be effective from Wednesday 20th June 2018 for 78 weeks. The restrictions

will be in place when the relevant signs are in place on site.

The restrictions are required to facilitate the construction of the Warrington East Phase 2

Scheme.

Birchwood Way - From its junction with Blackbrook Avenue to its junction with Woolston Grange Avenue.

Oakwood Gats - From its junction with Dewhurst Road to its junction with Birchwood Way/ George Duckworth Island.

Woolston Grange Avenue - From its junction with Harpers Road to its junction with Birchwood Way (College Place).

The Order will be effective from Wednesday 20th June 2018 tor 78 weeks. The restrictions will be in place when the relevant signs are in place on site and traffic management using convoy vehicles is in operation.

The restrictions are required to undertake carriageway resurfacing works as part of the construction of the Warrington East Phase 2 Scheme.

FOOTPATH BETWEEN CRAB LANE AND LOCKING STUMPS LANE (FOOTPATH CLOSURE) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018

The effect of which is to introduce a footpath closure along the footpath running from the cul-de-sac section of Crab Lane on land alongside Spittle Brook between Crab Lane and Locking Stumps Lane, from its junction with Crab Lane adjacent to Wilson House for a distance of 175 metres in a north north westerly direction.

The Order will be effective from Monday 11th June 2018 for 6 months, when appropriate signs are displayed on site.

The alternative route will be parallel to and alongside Spittle Brook. The closure is required for the diversion of the footpath to allow occupation of part of the route by Contractor's offices during construction of the Warrington East Phase 2 Scheme. DATED 7th June 2018 Ref: HIGH/1873

The effect of which is to introduce a footpath closure along the south side of Birchwood Way and Oakwood Gate from Roberts Fold Subway for a distance of 175 metres in an easterly direction.

The Order will be effective from Wednesday 20th July 2018 for 12 weeks. The restriction will be in place when the relevant signs are in place on site and will be programmed as part of the overall scheme programme.

The alternative route will be via Warrington Road, footbridge over Birchwood Park Avenue, Delenty Drive, subways under Birchwood Way, footpath ref. P/1/170 and footpath ref. P/1/193.

The closure is required for the reconstruction of the footpath as part of the construction of the Warrington East Phase 2 Scheme.

Crab Lane - From its junction with Birchwood Way for a distance of 125m in a northerly direction.

Blackbrook Avenue - From a point 100m north of its junction with Birchwood Way to a point approximately 100m south of its junction with Birchwood Way. Woolston Grange Avenue - From its junction with Harpers Road to its junction with Birchwood Way.

Fearnhead Lane - From its junction with Crab Lane to its junction with Long Barn Lane. The Order will be effective from Wednesday 20th June 2018 for 78 weeks. The restrictions closures will be in place when the relevant signs are in place on site. The restrictions are required to facilitate the construction of the Warrington East Phase 2 Scheme. The effect of which is as follows:-Temporary Prohibition of Driving

(1) A574 Birchwood Way (both directions) - Between its junction with Blackbrook Avenue and its junction with Woolston Grange Avenue (College Place).



(2) A574 Birchwood Way (westbound carriageway) - From its junction with Oakwood Gate (George Duckworth Island) to its junction with Woolston Grange Avenue (College Place).



(3) A574 Birchwood Way (westbound carriageway) - From its junction with Faraday Street to its junction with Oakwood Gate (George Duckworth Island).



(4) A574 Birchwood Way - The roundabout carriageway at George Duckworth Island, from the eastbound exit to the westbound entry (the south side of the junction).



(5) Oakwood Gate - Between its junction with Birchwood Way and the roundabout junction with Dewhurst Road and Ordnance Avenue.



(6) B5210 Woolston Grange Avenue - Between its junction with Harpers Road and its junction with Birchwood Way.



(7) Crab Lane - From its junction with Birchwood Way (College Place) for a distance of 125 metres in a northerly direction.



(8) Feamhead Lane- Between its junction with Crab Lane and its junction with Long Bam Lane. The Order will be effective from Wednesday 20th June 2018 for 78 weeks between the hours of 7pm and 5am, Monday to Friday.



The alternative routes will be as follows: -

(1) A574 Birchwood Way - will be via Blackbrook Avenue, Enfield Park Road, Crab Lane and vice versa.



(2) A574 Birchwood Way (westbound carriageway) - will be via Birchwood Park Avenue, Glover Road, Lords Lane, Locking Stumps Lane, Crab Lane and College Place.



(3) A574 Birchwood Way (westbound carriageway) - will be via Birchwood Way, Daten Avenue and Birchwood Park Avenue.



(4) A574 Birchwood Way - for southbound traffic towards Oakwood and Birchwood will be via Birchwood Way (eastbound), Moss Gate and Ordnance Avenue; and for westbound traffic towards Warrington will be via Birchwood Park Avenue, Glover Road, Lords Lane, Locking Stumps Lane, Crab Lane and College Place.



(5) Oakwood Gate - for northbound traffic will be via Ordnance Avenue, Moss Gate, Daten Avenue, Birchwood Park Avenue, Glover Road, Lords Lane, Locking Stumps Lane, Crab Lane and College Place; and for southbound traffic will be via Birchwood Way, Moss Gate and Ordnance Avenue.



(6) B5210 Woolston Grange Avenue - will be via Harpers Road roundabout, B5210 Woolston Grange Avenue (southbound), Manchester Road, King Edward Street, Padgate Lane, Blackbrook Avenue and Birchwood Way.



(7) Crab Lane - will be via Crab Lane, Enfield Park Road, Blackbrook Avenue and Birchwood Way.



(8) Fearnhead Lane - will be via Fearnhead Lane, Insall Road, Blackbrook Avenue, Enfield Park Road and Crab Lane.
