Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)
(Footpath WC-602, Wolverley and Cookley)
(Temporary Closure Order) 2018
Order made: to close Footpath WC-602, Wolverley
and Cookley for its entire length.
The Order is being made due to a dangerous bridge.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
having a frontage to the highway affected where there
is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary
works to be undertaken.
Alternative route for pedestrians is along: Austcliffe
Road, Bridge Road and Caunsall Road.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period
not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is
proposed to be carried out have been completed,
whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated
that the Order will be operative for 6 months. Work
commenced 17 May 2018.
(C2013 Caunsall Road, Kidderminster)(Temporary
Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of C2013 Caunsall
Road, Kidderminster from its junction with Kinver Lane
for a distance of 140 metres in an easterly direction in
order to facilitate network cabling by Barden Network.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be
undertaken.
Alternative route: C2013 Caunsall Road, C2013 Bridge
Road, C2283 Castle Road, A449 Wolverhampton Road,
C2013 Caunsall Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
5 days Commencing: 8 June 2018.

Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2018
[Disabled Persons’ Parking Place on Park Lane,
Kidderminster]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making
an Order the effect of which will be to create a
disabled persons’ parking place on the following length
and side of roads in Kidderminster:
Park Lane (north west side) from a point 74 metres
north east of its junction with Roundhill Wharf access
for a distance of 6.0 metres in a north easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions
of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain
purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons
vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement
of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be
inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer
Service Centre, Town Hall, Vicar Street, Kidderminster,
DY10 1DB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester,
WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/
representations you may have must be sent in writing
