LICENSING ACT 2003

We, Lena Ltd, give notice that I/we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of lllogan Kebab House, Paynters Lane End, lllogan, Redruth, TRW 4DT. The application is for: Extension to opening Hours and sale of Late Night Refreshment.

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 29th May 2018.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Alternatively please telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
