To Whom It May Concern: We Kathryn L Doyland and Hayley L Walker trading as Briggs Wine Bar Limited, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the grant of a Premises Licence at 2 Penrhyn Road, Colwyn LL29 8LG, currently known as The Glass Lounge. The application is to: - *Sell Alcohol for both on and off the premises, between the hours of 10.00 and 23.00 Sunday to Thursday, and 10.00 and 00.00 Friday & Saturday. * Play Recorded Music between the hours 10.00 and 23.00 Sunday, 9.00 and 23.00 Monday to Thursday and 9.00 and 00.00 Friday & Saturday. * Play Live Music between the hours of 11.00 and 23.00 Sunday to Saturday. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, Civic Offices, Colwyn Bay, LL29 8AR not later than 28 days after 30/05/18. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
