WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICES
(Link Footpath F30073 between Woodpiece Lane to Maisemore Close,
Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of Link Footpath F30073 between Woodpiece
Lane and Maisemore Close, Redditch from its junction with Impney Close for
a distance of 57 metres in a southerly direction in order to replace a two way network
box by Western Power Distribution.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: – Impney Close, Maisemore Close, F30073 Maisemore Close,
F30073 Woodpiece Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days: Commencing:
2 July 2018.
(Church Road, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of Church Road, Redditch from its junction with
Adelaide Street to its junction with Church Green West in order to facilitate
carriageway resurfacing works by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Church Road, B4160 Redditch Ringway, Prospect Hill, B4184 Middle
House Lane, A441 Alvechurch Highway, A4023 Coventry Highway, B4160 Redditch
Ringway, Red Lion Street, Queen Street, Archer Road, Easemore Road and Church
Green West.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (within a 2 week period).
Commencing: 29 June 2018.
(Link Footpath F30161, Holloway Park, Redditch)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2018
Proposed Order: to make an Order to close that part of Link Footpath F30161,
Holloway Park, Redditch from its junction with U33200 Holloway Lane for the entirety
of the footpath in order to facilitate footway reconstruction and kerb replacement
works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: – U33324 Holloway Park, U33316 Arthur Street, U33200 Holloway
Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days: Commencing:
27 June 2018.
(C2038 Astwood Lane, Feckenham)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of C2038 Astwood Lane, Feckenham from its junction
with Rockhill Lane for a distance of 612 metres in an easterly direction in order
to facilitate drainage works to alleviate carriageway flooding.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Rockhill Lane, B40904 The Saltway, B4092 Edgioake Lane,
A441 Evesham Road, C2038 Church Road, C2038 Astwood Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days Commencing:
6 June 2018.
(Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009
(Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting and Limited Waiting on
Heathfield Road, Redditch]
On 24 May 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which
will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road
in Redditch:-
Heathfield Road (north side) from a point 142 metres south west of its junction with
Downsell Road for a distance of 18 metres in a south westerly direction; limit waiting
30 minutes 8.00am - 6.00pm no return within 1 hour from a point 100 metres south
west of its junction with Downsell Road for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly
direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil
enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting
by disabled persons vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 14 June 2018.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order
may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall,
Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road,
Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council’s powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may
be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which
the Order was made.
(Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009
(Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Oxleasow Road, Redditch]
On 24 May 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which
will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in
Redditch:
Oxleasow Road (both sides) from a point 166 metres west of its junction with itself
for a distance of 47 metres in a westerly direction; (south side turning head) (both
sides) for its entire length, a distance of 21 metres in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil
enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting
by disabled persons vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 14 June 2018.

will be to create a disabled persons’ parking place on the following length and side
of road in Redditch:-
Loxley Close (east side) from a point 58 metres north of its junction with itself for
a distance of 6.6 metres in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil
enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.
The Order will come into operation on 14 June 2018.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order
may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall,
Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road,
Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
