APPLICATION FOR A MARINE LICENCE TO DREDGE AND DISPOSE OF

DREDGE MATERIAL

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Part 4, Chapter 1, Section 68 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 that Hanson Quarry Products Europe Limited has applied to Natural Resources Wales, acting on behalf of the Licensing Authority, for a marine licence to carry out bed levelling at Newport Sand Wharf Berth.

The application and plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Newport Central library, John Frost Square, Newport NP20 1PA. From 05/06/18 to 03/07/18.

Alternatively, copies of the application can be obtained from the Cardiff Permitting Service, Natural Resources Wales, 29 Newport Road,

Cambria House, Cardiff, CF24 0TP.
