MILL LANE TEMPORARY CLOSURE THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 THE BOLTON (MILL LANE, HORWICH AND RESTRICTED BYWAY BOL280) (TEMPORARY CLOSURES) (NO.76) ORDER 2018

The Council has made an order, the effect of which, being operative from 11 June 2018, will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Mill Lane, from Ox Hey Lane to Hall Lane and Restricted Byway BOL280. Alternative route for vehicles will be via Chorley New Rd, De Havilland Way, Lostock Lane. Alternative route for pedestrians and equestrians will be via Restricted Byway BOL284, Lostock Lane, Ox Hey Lane, Restricted Byway BOL283. The order is necessary due to drainage works which will last for approximately 6 weeks and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
