ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

I give notice that North Yorkshire County Council has GRANTED planning permission in respect of an application for the extraction and processing of sand and gravel including the construction of a site access, conveyors, bridges, associated plant and machinery with restoration to agriculture, nature conservation and wetland at KillerbySand and Gravel Quarry, Killerby, North Yorkshire

Application ref no. NY/2010/0356/ENV

The application, accompanied by an Environmental Statement, has been determined by the County Council.

Members of the public may inspect information regarding the application and copies of the following:

(i) the Notice of Decision dated 4th April 2018;



(ii) the Officer report on the application and the environmental information relevant to the decision which together contain



(a) the main reasons and considerations on which the decision is based including information about the participation of the public;



(b) the main measures to avoid, reduce and where possible, offset the major effects of the development; and



(iii) details regarding the right to challenge the validity of the decision and the procedures for doing



so at Hambleton District Council, Stone Cross, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL6 2UU during normal office hours. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit.
